Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our products and the cost of shipping, we do not accept returns at this time.

Each sun catcher is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping to help ensure it arrives safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

Please Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Normal wear or minor variations in appearance
  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues
